These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Layerseven TV ("Layerseven TV," "we," "us," or "our"), including the layerseven.tv website, the Catchon TV branded application, and any related IPTV streaming services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a 24-Hour Free Trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Layerseven TV, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Service on behalf of a household or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. We may modify these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

Layerseven TV is a subscription-based IPTV service that delivers live channels, video-on-demand titles, electronic program guide data, and related streaming features through the Catchon TV application. The Service is provided over the public internet and depends on the bandwidth, hardware, and network conditions available to you. Channel lineups, on-demand catalogs, and feature availability may change at any time without notice. Layerseven TV does not host, store, or originate any copyrighted content; all media is provided through third-party providers.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are sold on the pricing plans displayed at checkout. By submitting a payment, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the listed amount to the payment method you provide. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

Subscriptions begin immediately upon successful payment and remain active for the term you selected (for example, one month, three months, six months, or twelve months). Unless we explicitly enable automatic renewal at checkout, your subscription does not auto-renew; you must purchase a new term to continue service. If automatic renewal is enabled and disclosed at the time of purchase, you may cancel renewal at any time through the customer portal or by emailing help@catchontv1.email.

4. Account Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each Layerseven TV subscription is licensed for personal, non-commercial use within a single household. You may stream on the number of simultaneous connections specified in your plan; sharing credentials beyond your household, reselling access, or rebroadcasting the stream is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep that information up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Catchon TV application or any related software;
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service, including any digital rights management or geofencing controls;
  • Capture, record, redistribute, retransmit, or publicly perform any portion of the streams;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service or extract content;
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any of its content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the experience of other users.

6. Refund Policy

Layerseven TV offers a 7-day money-back window from the original date of purchase, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Please review that policy carefully — it forms part of these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

The Layerseven TV name, logo, website design, copy, the Catchon TV application, and all software, graphics, and other materials we provide are owned by Layerseven TV or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial viewing during the active term of your subscription. No other rights are granted, and any use outside the scope of this license is prohibited.

Third-party channels and on-demand titles delivered through the Service remain the property of their respective rights holders. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please review our DMCA Notice & Takedown page.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, attempted to circumvent technical protection measures, or otherwise put the integrity of the Service at risk. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period. You may stop using the Service at any time; closing your account does not, by itself, generate a refund.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Layerseven TV disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components, nor do we warrant the continued availability of any specific channel, program, or feature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Layerseven TV, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Layerseven TV during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.
